    A garden suite, or backyard suite, is a standalone secondary dwelling built on your property, designed to offer privacy, comfort, and additional income potential.

    2What is actually included?

    Feasibility study, financial services, grant writing, permits, eng. drawings, foundation, construction, appliances, furniture and real-estate services 

    3How do I know if my backyard qualifies?

     Our team conducts a comprehensive site feasibility analysis to ensure your property meets all municipal requirements and is eligible for construction.

     

    4Can you help with financing?

    Yes! We offer complete financial advisory services, assisting with grant applications and securing the best financing options.

     

    5How long does it take to get my garden house ready?

    Every city has different procedures, but it usually takes 7-9 weeks after the permits

    6What warranties are provided?

    Two year warranty plus manufacturer warranty on all add-ons

    7What is included in Site Preparation?

    Soil testing, Surveying, Fencing,  Excavation and Grading

    8What can I expect during the assembly process?

    Loud noises during working hours and a debris truck on the front yard

    9Does my backyard qualify?

    There are many factors, dimensions being the most important of all

    10Is the price fixed?

    Mostly yes, there are minimal exceptions

    11When is payment due?

    Down payment due before permits, rest just before construction

    Yes

    13What’s included in the installation process?

    Everything, including appliance and furniture with manufacturer warranty

    We do

    15Are there variances in the installation price?

    We thrive to limit any variations, but exceptions can happen, ex: Impermeable Soils need special treatment 

    16Do I need a permit?

    Yes, but we will handle the drawings and permits, like everything else
